A thumping helicopter hauled us up alongside the menacingly close stone cliff. Suddenly, the rock face dropped away, and the chopper perched lightly on a snowy peak in the Italian Alps.

An abundance of dry powder, immense open bowls, spectacular glacier skiing, and challenging treed slopes are but a few of the attributes these mountains possess. Crescent Spur Heli-Skiing fills a unique niche in the heli-skiing market.
Crescent Spur skis with a maximum of 20 guests per week. Keeping their groups intentionally small gives them several advantages. There is less waiting for the helicopter and the pace at which the group wishes to ski can be more easily accommodated, from blistering non-stop descents to leisurely cruise runs. Two heli-ski programs are offered. The Semi-Private package divides 20 guests into two groups of ten, with each group having two guides. The Private Group package is a group booking of only ten guests, with two guides and exclusive use of the lodge, helicopter and skiing terrain.
Guests stay in Crescent Spur’s luxurious private lodge.
